By supporting the Colac Area Health Foundation’s fundraising activities you are helping to purchase new equipment items and facilities to ensure our community receives the highest level of quality care.
The Foundation greatly values the support of community groups, who throughout the year, host their own fundraising events for the Colac Area Health Foundation.

All fundraising activities that use the name and/or logo of the Colac Area Health Foundation are required to complete & submit a Fundraising Registration form. You will find the following forms by clicking on the links below:
You will need to submit your fundraising application form to the Foundation office for approval prior to any fundraising activities purporting to be in our name and prior to using the name and/or logo of the Colac Area Health Foundation.

Another way in which you can help fundraise is by agreeing to have a Colac Area Health Foundation – ‘Change Angel’ donation box within your workplace or organisation. These boxes can be delivered to your workplace and collected once they have been filled.
Change Angels was devised as a way to introduce the younger members of our community to the concept of giving – school students are encouraged to collect change from their pockets/school bags/between the cushions of their couches/etc to be put into the ‘Change Angel’ donation boxes at their schools.
